Scatter Homes. 2025. Project Management Community Owned Housing Upgrades
The Cyan team has been working hard to manage the state of good repair upgrades to a portfolio of community - owned homes by a local Land Trust. Following on the work done with the same community to develop design and construction standards for single family houses scattered across the GTA, Cyan has been working to assess conditions, prepare scope and tender to a range of trades and general contractors. Window testing was completed to improve energy efficiency. The material palettes is geared towards accessbility, where Cyan developed standard specifications for the client.
